Manage shipping labels page error.

I just sold my first item on ebay and wanted to get the QR code label for shipping. I messed up and bought the regular label first then found later where the QR code option was. I ended up purchasing two labels. At first I did find a place to void the label but I didnt at that moment because I hadnt found the QR code label option yet and didnt want to void the only label I did have. Now ebay throws an error page when I try to go to manage labels to void one. Its been doing this for 2 days straight now and I have no way to get my money back. I feel scammed. I am writing this incase this happens to anyone else because after it cost me money to sell and ship my item, even if I got my money back for the label, I want nothing to do with ever selling again.

If you're on the app, go to the website to void. If you get the error, try another browser to see if that makes a difference. If you've been using the web, try voiding on the app (I assume that's possible - I never tried it on the app).

If you cannot get past the error message, you can ask customer service if they're able to submit the void request. Make sure you give them the tracking number so they put the request through on the correct label.

General info:

To void a shipping label purchased through eBay, go to this page, find the order and select Void from the Actions drop-down. The void option is available for 5 days.

It takes between 2-4 weeks to receive a refund on an unused, voided label. You'll see the refund on your original source of payment (bank, credit card, etc) and the funds will appear in your account without an email notification.

Hey @outkast2038  It appears you may have attempted to void the label that has been used - our system doesn't enable voiding used labels. To void the first label you printed, go to My eBay Shipping Labels here https://www.ebay.com/ship/labels/my-ebay
From there, find the first label you printed, click the 'Actions' dropdown menu and select 'Void label'.

You seem to be associated with ebay but give me the most generic response which I covered in my original post. Why are you bothering me when I told you that exact webpage is unavailable to me all of a sudden. Im not stupid. The thing I find weird is I spent hours before selling combing through ebays tutorials, faqs, and even googling how it works to sell on ebay. There is a lot of information how to list and blah blah. Then when you try to figure out shipping it is so vague and you link to postal carriers websites which is in turn even worse. I even went to the ups store before hand to figure it out and they made it seem simple. I lost money selling because I paid for two shipping labels, one of which I cant void now, and when I dropped it off at the ups store was charged another 14 dollars for the box and stuffing to ship it. Im out 14 dollars on my item, 2 dollars if I could void the one label and get my money back, and even more now all because this sytem is purposly not providing what I needed to know from start to finish.
