Mail from Europe delay, Am I the only one?

I buy many items from sellers in Europe.     The sellers are friends and people I've dealt with for many years.

I'm not getting my mail.     I have orders from Mid February that haven't gotten to me.    No tracking on any of this stuff since it wouldn't get scanned outside of eastern Europe anyway.

Anybody else seeing weird delays?   

Buy the way,    Normal delivery time from eastern Europe is 9-10 working days.

How many mail carriers overseas of shut completely down, and since air traffic from Europe is shut down, expect delays of weeks or even months
