Good Day
I recently bought a MMI Car Wireless Bluetooth Device and now the device is not working at all as it does not recieve power from the car.
I contacted the seller of the product and after I explained the problem, he informed me that my car is right hand drive and therefore the device will not work on my car.
Never in the add for the device was there stated that my car had to be a left hand drive car for the device to work.
What can I do know as I have payed for the device that does not work and the seller just says sorry and best wishes??
Please help me out

Go to the Resolution Center and open a case for ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED.
