Lost return claim needs email address for RMA in Leicester

I returned an item to RMA in Leicester via Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked, but the parcel never arrived.  Now I am trying to complete the Royal Mail claim form but they require an email address for the recipient ( RMA) .  I have contacted the seller via eBay to ask for this but have not yet had a response. Can anyone help with this please? Thanks
