Lost package

Ok so how do you move on after a package has not arrived but you paid for it and neither eBay or PayPal wants to help ????

What reasons did ebay and paypal give for not helping?   Did tracking show the package was delivered?

How long ago was the purchase?  What was the estimated delivery date?

How long has this package been in transit, do you have a tracking number, how long has it been since you made the purchase ??? Sounds like a lot of ??'s but these are the answers that need to be addressed. I have been an ebay customer since 2000 and a seller  since 2012, there is no way that either eBay who gives you 30-60 days  for reporting said lost package and PayPal who gives their customers 180 days that both of them would dump on you. Somethings missing here, mostly answers on your part. Give us the WHOLE Low Down and there may be help. Oh, btw, Did you actually Call ebay to ask them for help, did you talk to the seller and finally did you file a lost  package claim ?? many questions, need many  answers my friend.

You had 30 days after estimated delivery date to open an INR case with eBay.

If that deadline has expired, you have 180 days to open a case with Paypal.

Most credit cards give you a similar length of time to do a charge back.

Always pay by credit card for the added protection. If you did, contact your card company.
