I have been having problems with a USPS shipping partner...Newgistics. I have reviewed customer comments about this carrier and way to many are negative and voice that it either delays shipments, or outright looses them. I just reached my delivery date today and I did not receive my package. I checked the Newgistics tracking site and it shows no movement for the last 7 days. This happened to a previous order earlier this month where my order did not move for 12 days! I am desperately attempting to contact ebay agents by they're automated service system to speak to an agent to try and get ebay to step in and exert all due pressure and contact this carrier and inquire as to the reason for the repeated delays to my orders and just when it will actually deliver my package. So. Has anyone out there had issues with this carrier too?

No I haven't heard of them either although I see that they are a part of Pitney Bowe's system.   Contacting ebay will not help as they will not contact the carriers on your behalf.   It's possible that the seller may be willing to do that although I don't know if that will help expedite delivery.   If your estimated delivery date was today, starting tomorrow you can file an item not received claim by going to your purchase history although you might want to wait a few days as the date is just an estimated delivery date.
