Recently I made an order and completed my payment at instant. So I just waited there and looked almost every to see when would the status update. Time passed fast and it has been 7 days since the payment and nothing happened, still in "awaiting shipping" status and getting close to the system's expected delivery date I decided to contact and open case by ebay support.
Not later the seller replied an uncomfortable message, said my action " is suspect". And in his message said nothing about the empty duration and just mentioned the a shipping date (which was his reply date). I can't tell it is real or not since I still I see no tracking number or shipping status updated. The seller insisted my case opening without waiting his reply in 24 hours is not right, and claimed I did something against his policies (but I never found any from his listing). I still don't know if he has posted or not case I see no tracking number of the parcel.
I really don't have the idea of this seller, whether he is going to post or not , and whether those 7 days with no update is ok in eBay 's seller policy. Worst of all is being addressed as "suspect" as I can't see what happened to my money.
Have I done it right with file a case in eBay, based on this event? And how long is considered as a reasonable shipping preparation in eBay 's seller policy???

Just wait until the expected delivery date. If the item does not arrive by then, open an item not received case and you will get your money back. No need to engage with the seller further, especially if he is making accusations.
(In very rare cases, an item is shipped and the tracking never updates in the system for some bizarre reason, and the item arrives on time anyway. If this was the case, I am sure the seller would have told you he sent it instead of making accusations.)
