Listing and my purchase of surgical mask disappeared

I purchased a 100 box of surgical masks and today I was checking for the tracking on my item , and not only has the listing been blocked or taken down , what’s going on with the purchase I made . I haven’t gotten a refund , so be careful with buy surgical mask , gloves or disinfectants cause scammers are taking advantage of the Ebay customer service being down and after you make a purchase for these items , the listing disappears and you can’t even call Ebay customer service for a refund , so it’s like your out money now cause of that fact and there’s nothing you can do about it and your out on the product and the money you put up for it . So thank you Ebay , thank you very much for not letting the Ebay community know you was shutting down your customer service and warning your buyers about scammers and not being able to get a refund cause we are not being protected now . Thanks for NOTHING , EBAY !!!!!!!!!!

Hi @ibeen23 when an item is removed, you don't have to wait until after the last estimated delivery date to start a case, because THERE IS NO ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE! Have you tried:

1. From the full website, click on More action > I don't get it to the right of your missing item on your Purchases page. Doesn't work?

2. From the eBay Resolution Center, select I haven't received it yet. Then look for your missing item on the list. It's not on the list, so how can you start a case?

3. Also on that list, type in your missing item number. So it's an invalid number, too?

4. Open an Item Not Received dispute http://paypal.com/disputes at PayPal, if that's how you paid.

Please come back with an update on which ones of these do not work, to get your refund?

eBay did report earlier this month  that they would be taking down listings for masks hand sanitizer and wipes due to price gouging.  You will need to dispute the charge with your payment source so that your seller will have to refund your money.

@ibeen23 It might still be shipped but since masks are one of the banned items ebay, that's why the listing was removed. Not only was an announcement made it's been all over the news that these items were being banned from sale. Mask are in such a shortage for the medical community that construction workers are being asked to donate theirs to hospitals and not to place any more orders for them.

There are still over 200 surgical mask listings that are originating from sellers with US addresses obviously drop shipping from outside the US. You can tell by the packaging where the items are actually originating from. Not sure why they are allowed to remain, but I thought the US Attorney General said this was a big non-no. I tried using the report this item several times, but nothing was removed.
