Have you heard about any changes like lifting the limit to reflect the changes in the real world. They finally lifted the limits on USPS insurance. Shipcover is still at a $1000 limit. Shows how small minded eBay goals are really. They are pushing .99 trading cards while the market have doubled in high end collectibles.
