Leave feedback on a "guest" purchase

Didn't see a feedback category so I am posting here.

 

I bought 2 pair of shoes from a member.  Rather than sign-in I bought them as a "guest".  I would like to leave feedback for this seller but can't find a way to do it as there seems to be no way to do that on a guest purchase.  I returned one of the pair of shoes for a different size and they said that would be okay.  I have all communication emails with this seller on this item.  After some time I emailed them and asked where the new pair of shoes were.  They replied that they would send them as soon as they got the shoes I was returning.  I finally went to UPS and got shipping info and the shoes I returned were delivered and signed for several weeks earlier.  I finally called my credit card supplier and cancelled the transaction.  That was a couple of weeks ago and still no word on the shoe exchange.  I would like to leave feedback on this sale.  Is there a possible way to do this?

no feedback can be left when purchasing as a guest

 

 

and why would there be any word on a shoe "exchange" for a canceled CC transaction?

1. If you buy as a guest you cannot leave feedback

2. If your credit card cancelled the transaction which I assume means you got a refund then there is no shoes going to be sent now.
