I could go in the largest post office in Cincinnati as recently as a year ago and very often there would be 20 people in line with most having packages. Now, I can go in this post office any time and I'm either the only one in line or with 3-4 ahead of me with packages. Can't blame the rotten economy and greedy post office for it all. Ridiculous rules, ridiculous glitches and ridiculous charges does chase off a lot of good buyers and sellers and they go to flea markets and antique shows instead. Also, a shipping supply place about 1 mile from the post office went out of business in July.

Or maybe those missing customers have decided to use Carrier Pickup instead of trekking to the PO.

Where the dealers have already recognized the price drops that online sellers wish to ignore, and you can interact with other human beings eye to eye.
This is not like the old days where people were shopping 20 hours a day online.
This is not like the pandemic where stuff addicts were jonesing for some sort of fix.
