I just shipped a large order of 25 items in the same box, all one order. I purchased the USPS label through eBay. The tracking number only posted back to about half of the items in the order. When I click "add tracking" to the items that don't have a tracking number, I get a message that says I can't add tracking because I purchased the label through eBay. ??
Is this something I need to worry about? Concerned the customer may be confused and that I'll be dinged for not shipping on time.
And I should clarify - the number is not showing on the "orders shipped" list view page. When I click on the order detail, the tracking number does show on each item.

Where these 25 items from 25 separate listings?
Did you send a combined invoice by selecting all the items to ship together?
Did buyer pay with a single payment?
