that has not happened to me in a long time but when it did I discovered I had UPS checked off by mistake in my listing.I was wondering why UPS kept coming up and its what was on the invoice.I always ship with USPS so it really threw me off
regardless of what the invoice says.you should still be able to pick out who/what you want to ship with in ebay shipping,try looking for the tab that says show more options/choices
if this does not work I would try ship now at paypal,its still run by pitney bowes but its independant of ebay shipping
