Hi, we face some weird issue on our orders, some of them (if not all) are declared "delivered" by ebay when the package is only "arrived" to the destination airport. We don't know why it happens. Have you ever faced something like that ? We have to reassure customers that we didn't scam them and it's pretty stressful. Maybe someone can help us to contact a qualified support for this kind of issue ?
For context :
- We ship from Korea
- We use K-Packet/EMS shipping systems (local post to target country post)
- We encountered issue in both systems
- All shipment are tracked
- Our ship. policy estimate of delivery says about 15 to 22 days (delivered update status happens before the 15 days)
- Ebay automatically set up Korea Post as carrier
