Did you mean:

Knowingly False representation

Your Seller knowing sold me a set of 12" speakers that he knew would not fit. Yes they were 12" speakers but that doesn't mean every 12" speaker that is made FITS every application. They need to go back and credit issued unless you continue to represent dishonest sellers

Okay, I know less than nothing about speakers, so bear with me. Did you receive the exact speakers you ordered? The same speakers that were advertised in the listing?

The easier you are to offend the easier you are to control.

If the listing said 12" speakers and you received 12" speakers, you got what you ordered.

If the listing said they will fit a certain model and they don't, then you could file an INAD and return them.

Have a great day.

Now, how would the seller KNOW these wouldn't fit your application?

It was your responsibility to make sure they'd fit by reading the listing and asking questions.

Your responsibility to measure your application prior to ordering.

"No".

This is a very simple situation concerning speakers. One they all don't fit just because they quote  a particular size for example a 12" thinking all 12" speakers are the same. Guess what? they are not.I gave this Seller the spec of my speakers (Size) and brand of speaker , Altec Lansing Model Nine Series 2. You see the most important piece of this puzzle is it has to fit a Series 2, 12" woofer. Nothing else will work (FIT).

Any more questions feel free to contact.

I guess he can't read specs or dimension?

This is a member-to-member forum; you are not talking to eBay here. You need to contact your seller through the listing and request a return. If the seller stated (either in their listing or in a message to you) that their speakers will fit your Altec units, and they don't, then you have a valid Not As Described dispute.

I don't understand why you are posting your issue here? Message the seller and/or email eBay, duh. At least take some responsibility for handling your order.  Good luck!
