Just bought 2 labels and both tracking numbers have already been used.

So i just purchased off of Ebay a label to ship an item internationally. It went through and the label printed fine but the tracking did not upload like it usually does. I went to type it in manually but got a notice that the tracking number was already linked to another shipment. Went onto usps and entered it and yes there was a shipment from texas to canada that had already been delivered(I live in the northeast so it was not my shipment). So i voided the label in my shipping labels and purchased another thinking it was a freak occurance. It wasn't the same thing has happened on the new label as well. Has anyone had this happen to them before? Will it change once the post office scans it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

There are numerous posts about this issue, the 1st one i saw was on 8/17. The same happened to me as to u. Today I printed thru PP w/o a problem. I think USPS is using the beginning letters UA in stead of LZ for 1st cl int'l bcuz they ran out of LZ#'s. The one I printed today for the UK started w UA and the post office accepted it and scanned it into their system as accepted.
