Hello everyone.
Today I received a message where customer asked if I'm shiping items to Canada (from Latvia) and I thought what question is that? Of course I'm shipping world wide, but he sent me a screenshot from one of my items.
And what does that "Buying options" mean, this listing is "Buy it now" only?! What could be the problem in here? I have shipped to US & Canada without any issues before. Is there an error in my listings?
First I could think of is customer is using a mobile application.

As buyer was viewing my listing with eBay phone app, I suggested the buyer to visit my listing through desktop view and the issue was solved in that way.
It seems that the issue was caused by eBay phone app or phone network providers ip adress which were in my shipping exclusions list.
