Is this happening to anyone else? I have several sold and shipped items that haven't made it to buyer. Tracking stops along the line. This is happening in Chicago and Pennsylvania. Now I have cases opened and refunds requested. What am I supposed to do if I cant count on USPS to get the items I ship make it to the buyer? My regular job has gone down the toilet thanks to to the virus and I cant afford refunding all the items that are not being delivered since USPS is dropping the ball. I'm thinking I'll need to just shut it down if I cant be sure stuff will actually arrive after I ship it. Anyone else having these types of issues? Is there anyone to contact on this?

I'm having the same issue and have to resend 3-5 orders per week last 30 days. Fortunately my average order is $12-15 so enough margin to send out twice and maybe break even.
Tracking shows I dropped and scanned at post office and then states "in transit" for 5-10 days or forever.
Only solution is to resend and maybe the first package will come back
One buyer who I resent an order to twice received the first shipment 5 weeks after I sent it.
It is what it is with the issues at hand.
Can only get better but there is not an immediate solution to your question.

Chris

This is happening to many people. I would try contacting your customers and letting them know that the USPS is experiencing delays in delivering items and ask them to be patient. If they open an item not received case, you will have to go by the timeline ebay mandates or your account will be in trouble if ebay has to step in. You have no recourse but to refund those. Should they be received at a later date, you can always send them a new invoice via PayPal.
In my area, the USPS in some locations is extremely far behind and there's no way to know when they will ever get caught up. They seen to be doing somewhat better with newer shipments. They are short employees due to the virus and I've heard that some facilities had to temporarily close in order to disinfect.
