Items not recieved.

Items are nine days overdue. Seller no longer registered on eBay, cannot contact seller.  Does this mean I'm out of my items and my money?

Items not recieved.

You can try to file an Item Not Received through eBay. They claim to protect buyers so even if the seller is gone eBay ought to make good on it.

BUT if they don't.

File a claim with Paypal and/or your credit card company.

If the seller is no longer a registered user, I think that in order to see the purchase and open an item not received claim, you have to go to the bottom of your purchase history.    I haven't had to do that so am just going by what I've read in the past.  Or, try opening a case by going directly to the resolution center.

Seller no longer registered on eBay doesn't matter, you will still get a full refund from eBay.

In your purchase history page, on the right hand side of the item there is a drop down menu, look for "I haven't received it yet" click onto that and follow the prompts.

If for some reason, the "I haven't received it yet" is not in the drop down menu, then go to the top of the screen under help &contact, type in item not received...eBay will show you pics of your recent purchases, find the correct item and click onto it and follow the prompts.

You should be good to go.  Smiley Happy
