Items not being marked as shipped

Since yesterday no items are being marked as shipped after paying and printing. I have to go back in and manually add the tracking numbers. I paid and printed a label accidentally this morning due to this. Not sure if this is an eBay mobile issue or sitewide? Please help!!

I'm dealing with the same issue. Printing shipping labels and the tracking reads, "no tracking number available." Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

This has happened after printing from mobile and computer site. PLEASE FIX!

Furthermore, I just manually added tracking to the mobile site and 2 minutes later it had dissapeared and reads again that the tracking number is not available.

After reading this, I checked all the items I've prepared for shipment in the past 24 hours.  All but one have uploaded tracking and seem to be fine.  The one that is different simply says that tracking is unavailable at this time, and that's not too unusual. 

 

If this issue is happening to multiple people, there's gotta be a glitch somewhere.

Using a desktop. Firefox. 2 done within the last 4 hours via eBay labels. Both showing.
