Hello,
I have had to cancel a couple orders as somehow the listings were changed to "free shipping" when I did not list them this way. I have an item currently that just sold and I cannot figure out what is happening. I know some of you will say, "you made an error on your listing" and I will tell you that I have a draft of the items and they are definitely not listed as "free shipping!" Has anyone else had this problem? Now I will go through each individual item and double check to make sure shipping is being charged in the listing. I do have a few items that are free shipping, so if a helpful person wants to point this out, I do know, as there are not many of them!
Thanks!

Sometimes if you click SELL Similar from another seller, the free shipping transfers over to the new listing. Sometimes if you edit one of your listings that has FREE SHIPPING, the ebay system (at least on my IPAD) will transfer the shipping of the previous listing that I was working on. This does not always happen but lately to avoid these mistakes, I will list an item to start in 24 hours or more to allow me one more time to check the listing.

8 to 10 years ago I had a few listings that changed to free shipping, luckily I caught them before they sold.
There for awhile they were having problems with auctions changing to free shipping when a bid was placed.
It does happen, but why, don't know.

When you list an item with free shipping, the listing form will continue offering free shipping on your next item unless you change it. That free toggle is easy to miss.
