Item was returned to me, seller wants me to resend. How to charge for additional shipping label?

My buyer's item was returned to me by their post office due to an error on the buyer's end. He would like me to send the item again and is willing to pay for the new shipping label. What is the best way for him to pay me for that? Is there a way through eBay, or a required method, or can I just ask for payment via Paypal or Venmo?

Since you have had a transaction, you can request it through PayPal. Or you can cancel, relist and reship if the buyer will purchase again. Good luck.

Sign into PayPal and there is a send invoice link. You will need to know their PP email to send it.

Do you use the scrambled ebay email? Every time I send a buyer my email, eBay slaps my hand. Every time a buyer send their email ebay blocks the message, and thats why I asked!

No,  the email they use for PP.  PayPal would not recognize the scrambled address.  If you are already in a transaction eBay allows personal info to be sent in a message.

i tell them buy any item in my store equal to shipping cost, then print label ship returned item with that label
