Item stuck in eBay Global Shipping Center

I purchased a Christmas gift from the states that shipped with GSP (had no other option) and it has been stuck in Erlanger for about a week now with no movement! I am scared it was damaged or lost. What can I do? At this point I have given up hope that it will meet the delivery deadline (Oct 18) as it has not even reached Canadian customs yet..

There really is nothing you can do.  You can request a refund the day after the expected delivery date.  Your seller will not be harmed as this will reflect on the GSP program.  However it will be a nightmare for your seller to get e bay to acknowledge it IS a GSP issue.
