Item shipped but not arrived and tracking hasn't updated for 2 weeks

I bought a 3pack of type c ports from a seller with really great views that's the seller e-accessory-shack in the photo who I bought the item from anyway order did ship but tracking has stopped and hasn't updated for 2 weeks since may 24 and it's because of covid but I never had a problem before even during covid with an order it was shipped usps first class so I need help should I go ahead and make a item not arrived report or continue to wait till the item arrives

You need to check your dates and file an item not received dispute.

If there have been no updates for two weeks and it's past the estimated delivery date, go ahead and open an INR case now.
