Item returned but no refund

I purchased a Galaxy Samsung S9 from decluttr_store (2726556) in Nov, 2020. They offer a year warranty on defects. My phone was defective after a month and I contacted the store for warranty. They offered full refund so I returned phone. It's been 3 weeks and for all my contact attempts I've only received vague messages about the refund. No money. Please help with this, ebay offers no other recourse than simply contacting the seller.

Did you file an INAD, or just ship it back to the seller?

You bought the phone in November and didn't send back till 3 weeks ago? eBay has a 30 day money back guarantee, that doesn't cover warranties.

You only hope to get a refund is to go back to PayPal or your credit card an try to them to help out
