Item return

Hey so I opened a case for a return and it ended in my favor and I shipped the item back and I was wondering does he have to confirm to eBay he received the item for me to get my money or when the item says delivered via tracking number and also will I get my refund the day it's delivered or will I have to a few days to receive it

If you had to click ask eBay to step in and opened a case to get a return label, you will get the refund a few minutes after the label is delivered.

Otherwise, if your seller accepted the return and issued the label, you will wait up to 6 business days to get your refund.

Once it shows delivered on eBay, the seller has a few (6 if I remember right) days to issue the refund. After that, if he doesn't, you can ask eBay to "Step In" and they'll do it for him/her.

So I already had a case open against him and I won the case and eBay told me to ship the item and that I would get a refund as soon as he received the item so will eBay give me a refund as soon as it said it was delivered or does he have to say he received it for me to get my money

More often than not if you already had to "fight" the seller (by calling ebay) just so you could ship the item, chances are good you will have to call / escalate again five or six days AFTER the tracking shows delivered.  

At least that has been my experience with uncooperative sellers.
