You had 30 days after the last estimated delivery date to open an item not received case in the Resolution Center.
You allowed that deadline to expire.
You had 180 days to open an item not received case with Paypal, if that's how you paid. You allowed that deadline to expire.
You were offered two different ways to be refunded. You blew past both of them.
I regret to tell you that your failure to read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers has resulted in your loss. Sorry.

YEs I have the same problem. I ordered a pair of pants in 2016 but never even opened the package. I just opened the package and they are 2 sized too small and the seller is nowhere to be found. This is completely unfair.
Good customer service means you should be able to get your moneyback FOREVER

This phrase applies to both you and the OP "He or she who hesitates is lost" unless ya'all find Utopia.

Hey a few words if I may?
First I see you are registered as being in Portugal. Did you buy these items on the USA version of eBay, the dot com version or a European version? There are some redirect issues out there that perhaps sent you in error to this site.
ebay.es ???
Second, the easy fix to this is quit trying to bargain shop and buy cheap junk from China. Delivery around the world often takes a long time and Have seen quite a few China sellers work the system so that a buyer is "timed out" of eBay's Money Back Guarantee. Once a deal goes badly, do not let a seller tell you they will send a replacement, instead ask for your money to be returned.
Hope this helps going forward.

thanks for your help, i understand what you said but it's still unfair that i have payed something that i will never have, at least is only two euros so it's not that big of a deal.
