Hi!
I just got message from Ebay, that the buyer opened the request, claiming he didn't receive the item.
The item was sent on November 10th, and since I got receipt and tracking number, I tracked it - it says - ITEM RECEIVED.
Interesting thing is that buyer gave a feedback to me months ago!
I sent him a message, writing tracking number, telling him it's confirmed that the item is received.
What should I do?

Just upload the tracking to the case. It will be closed in your favor since it was confirmed delivered. Sometimes the items aren't delievered to the right address. Sometimes buyers are mistaken that they never received the item.

Hi!
Thank You very much for fast response, I just added tracking details. Still, the whole thing confused me, since the tracking says the item is received, and he gave a feedback to me.
I hope he will answer me soon, to try to clear this whole thing.

Suggest you contact eBay customer service and request the buyers case be closed to make certain that it is closed vs waiting for the "robots" to do it automatically.
