Hello
Bought an item ( Engine Camshaft) something like 4 months ago, paid for the item and it arrived . Unfortunately the camshaft didnt fit my engine type so after conacting the seller he asked me to send the camshaft back in his original box and that he will send me the coract one.
Did as he told me and sent the camshaft back wraped in his original package using express service so that the package will arrive in a couple of days .
After a week I asked him did he got my package, he replied after couple of days that it arrived and that its broken in two since it wasnt wraped , so he claims.
Trying to contact him since than for some picture or proof for that its broken with no help.
Since the purchase was made over 4 months ago I am not able to contact eBay because this listing doesnt exist anymore.
What can I do? How can I reach eBay? Get a refund?
