My order doesn't show up as an order I made. I need to report it to ebay, but I don't know how. Please help!

I don't see the order in my purchase history. The seller told me that I wasn't the buyer. PayPal said it was delivered. To whom, I don't know. I just want a refund for an order I didn't get.

Do you have more than one eBay account? Aside from a single recent feedback this month, your previous feedback was from 2018 or earlier.
Is it possible you made a purchase as a guest?

I read that there is a way get to my guest orders, but I forgot how.

If you purchased as a guest you should have an email entitled "Order Confirmed". If you cannot find it, see here:

Yeah, how do I tell ebay about it? Not being delivered, that is? Still doesn't show it as ordered.

In the link I posted, there is a link to items bought as a guest. Start by reading that if you have not. I have seen another post with almost identical 2 buyers, 2 items problems.
All we can do is offer advice. We are not eBay employees. We can not see what you bought. Items bought as a guest, do not have the same coverage as if bought while signed in, that is why I suggest looking at the links you have been provided.

Can you open an Item Not Received claim on the order yet? That is allowed one day past the Estimated Delivery Date shown on the order. That might be your next best move.

If you have done a purchase it must show in the orders history.
You can click on help & contact tab email the issue customer service or have a live chat with them. For live chat you must logged into another eBay site. ( UK, AUS, Ca)
