Wish to contact a seller by phone on a $300.00 item I haven't received. Where would I retrieve this? Thank you

I don't know but if it's past the expected delivery date you can file a not received claim.

You should message the seller through ebay, that way ebay will be able to help you if needed. If you go outside of ebay they might not be able to help.

Send the seller a message first if they don't reply you can ask ebay for their phone number but then there is nothing documented so always stick with messages. If it's past the time that you were supposed to receive the item then you can open a Items not received case

No need to call anyone.
One day past the estimated delivery date file an item not received claim.

the MBG does not mention phone calls to the seller....I sure do not think that would be productive
the tools ebay has given you dont involve the phone
if you are looking to get the sellers attention then filing a claim will do that

Why not just open an INR case?

1) Thoroughly read the eBay MBG (money back guarantee) policy.
2) Once the estimated delivery date shown to you has passed, File an INR (Item Not Received) case. You can only file ONE case on eBay.
3) Seller will have to refund unless they can provide a valid tracking number. It will take X amount of time.
4) Pay close attention to timelines and steps during the case, and ask eBay to step in at the appropriate time if seller has not refunded yet.
Do not communicate with the seller any more except via the case.

Hi. Seller will not respond to messages. Thank you

You do not need to contact the seller by phone. Opening an item not received case in the Resolution should get his attention.
