I bought 2 skirts Women Girls Pleated Skirt School Dress High Waist Skirt Short Mini A Line Skirt

One ebay stepped in to refund due to it being extremely short for my daughter. The other didn’t arrive. They said they refund 10.13. I have yet to receive this. Its been a month i message them a lot asking about my refund. They said it was sent well I know it wasn’t. There are no refunds in my back and no notifications concerning a refund. I tried to get ebay to step in but since its on one bill the complaint for the short skirt has been closed which means i can no longer do anything about the missing pink skirt. The seller refuses to refund me for the missing skirt so now what do I do?

I guess the question is, how did you pay? You mentioned a bank account, did you use PayPal, or a debit or credit card?

Debit card. They seriously said they wont refund me.

refunds do take time to show up on cards.
