Ordered 2 items to wear during the Final Four, 2 team Jearsey's. I received one of them, but, the second one never came (Different Sellers). I put in a ticket and the seller sent them the information about the shipping. Shows that is was delivered to my house, but, on that day there was 3 people at the house. They got the mail after it was delivered, but, there was no package as indicated by the tracking. Sent the information to have this resolved and due to the shipping tracking I was told that I would not get a refund nor the jersey I ordered. This is not about the money it is about taking care of your customers. I work in a company that has over 700 employees and we sell to customers our products. If there is something faulty or not recieved the customer is taking care of. But, to be told that "Hey it was delivered sorry not our fault", that is just not a good bussiness practice. I hope that when you do order and find you do not receive you product, that you will not be treated the same way.

Ask your post office to check the GPS location of your package when it was scanned as delivered.

This is how eBay's Money Back Guarantee works. You agreed to those terms when you registered your account and checked off the box to agree to the site's User Agreement.
If tracking shows delivered to the buyer's zip code, the buyer does not get a refund.
Did you contact your post office? You should have done that as soon as you realized tracking showed delivered but you didn't get anything.

your carrier could have made a mistake and mis delivered,OR the seller is scamming and deliver an empty enevlope to an address in your zipcode.
ther ehave been cases where buyers bought items and sellers delivered empty package to a place which is open for business and someone would sign for it,when they seen it is empty, they just throw it away,it could be a drycleaner, hospital,t mobile shop etc

you are buying from indidviuals in a flea market ,not a reputable dept store.
next time,go to a real store and buy them and take them home.

Sorry but the message you received from the seller was true. The item shows delivered. It is not the seller's fault that you do not have the item. The seller did take care of his customer, if and when the item shows delivered. Ebay and Paypal will back this up; this is standard procedure. I don't know of any companies that will just refund when tracking shows the item was delivered. There could be an epidemic of delivered items that were never received then!
Most sellers on Ebay are not large companies with 700 employees and to expect small sellers to make an item good when it shows delivered is expecting too much. If you sold an item on ebay, and tracking showed it was delivered, would you refund the buyer? Probably not.
Call your local Post Master. They can check the GPS and see exactly where the item was delivered. If not delivered to you, they may be able to retrieve the package.
It it was delivered to you, check around your house, inside and outside. Ask the family members who were home about it. Ask your neighbors.
I hope you find your missing package.
