I purchased an item which was sent with the global shipping program and it's been lost on the international part of the delivery. Do I have any chance of getting my money back? Has anyone been through this?

If it’s past the estimated due date, you can open an item not received dispute. eBay itself is responsible for lost items through GSP.
Everyone has options. Just be sure the best option is right for you.
