Item not eligible for shipping with the eBay Internnational Standard Delivery

I'm trying to post a listing for a pocket knife, but I get the message, "The item you are offering for sale is not eligible for shipping with the eBay international Standard Delivery. Please choose a different international shipping option."  But it doesn't look like I can change the shipping for just this one listing. I only see how to change my shipping policy, which affects my other listings.

It’s best to only ship those domestically, certain countries do not allow the import of knives through the mail.

Bingo.  You are going to have to inform your buyer that you can't ship the item to his /her country. You will need to cancel with problem with buyer's address.  Technically, that is the best choice for your situation.  If you went to the post office and bought a label and shipped, the item could be stopped in customs and seized and then you are stuck giving the buyer a full refund. Give the bad news gently to your buyer.

I don't know if you can ship a knife internationally but you can either set up a new shipping policy with no international shipping or one with international shipping via usps.   I would probably just set up a shipping policy with no international shipping.
