Received a device cover, does not fit. Initiated return. eBay says I must pay for the return label, although the reason for the return is "does not fit."
I called, and EBay Customer Service via phone is suspended due to COVID-19.
I see other errors on my return page. (It states that I asked to return three other items, which is untrue.) We have bought thousands of items and had few issues over the past 15 years.
How contact ebay & fix?
