I had an item listed with local pickup only. Buyer purchased today and clearly they aren't going to come and pick it up as they are located in Florida and I'm in California. So how can I cancel this transaction without getting a defect? I sent the buyer a message but haven't received a response.

I'll say wait it out, you just got paid today, and I presume you messaged buyer today as well. Not everyone is glued to their computer all the time. Is this a newbie buyer, or a seasoned one? For all you know the buyer might be travelling to you to pick up. But, if for some reason cancellation is in order, problem with buyers address seems like a winner to me.
