I purchased an item on March 8. It was mailed via USPS the next day using Priority Mail from Sterling Heights Michigan. It spent 4 days in Detroit and then arrived in Charlotte NC on March 14 where it remains 14 days later. Every day I received a tracking message that says package is being processed through USPS in Charlotte followed by a message saying the package is “in transit”. See sample of messages below. Obviously the package is in an infinite loop in Charlotte, but eBay claims it is “in transit “ and so refuses to refund me.
eBay is useless and the USPS is worse. Don’t waste your time appealing to either of them.

Go to USPS.com and file a missing mail/package report. I have had many packages get " unstuck " that way.
