I am having a weird problem this time, I have had a customer order an item from me totaling $26. Item was shipped the next day and have then had no problems. A few days later I check on my mailbox and see that I have had the item returned to me from USPS as the address provided was invalid. After looking up the address on google maps I find its a Hospital of some sort, I have no idea why the item which is an ecchi manga was sent to a hospital. anyways I contacted the seller the same day telling them what was up and to please provide a valid address. I was offering to pay again for the item to be received by them but I did not receive any messages by him the next day. I then proceed to again message the buyer about if he does not want the item I am willing to do a partial refund for my handling/fees from the order. That was almost a week ago and the seller has not contacted me or made a dispute with Paypal or eBay about the item. I am unsure of what to do as of now as I have told him he had until July 11th to message me a new address or ask for a refund. I was wondering what steps I can take to do the refund as my Paypal has been put on hold and I cannot refund it through their (Paypal is also doesn't have the refund item button when I click on the payment information) I am unsure of what the heck is going on and I hope someone can help me with this as I have never heard of something like this happening.

It's possible the buyer was a patient there and didn't make it.
You might be able to cancel the order if you don't hear anything from them in a few days or refund through Pay Pal.

You can cancel due to a problem with buyers address. You should get your seller fees back and avoid a defect. As to the refund, wait a few days to see if eBay refunds or the PayPal payment clears. Don't be in a big hurry to refund as you may end up with 2 refunds going out.
