Item chipped, need to return

Hello. I recently purchased something that arrived with multiple chips, which seller apparently didn't notice before sending. After contacting her, she offered a partial refund, which I honestly didn't think was enough. After some back and forth, we both agreed on just returning it for a refund. She accepts returns, but buyer pays shipping. Obviously I shouldn't have to pay since the item had damage to it (box was fine btw, and item was wrapped well, so this wasn't a shipping issue). My question is, in order to get my return shipping refunded, do I select "arrived damaged" or "doesn't match description", or will either selection achieve the same result? I rarely return anything, which is why I'm unsure how to proceed. Thank you!

My dog is chipped too, and after many bite marks surely arrived damaged, but I would never return her to the pound.

This is what happens when a user has never read the eBay MBG (money back guarantee). You get taken advantage of by an unscrupulous seller. I know you will now go and read it (lol) but in a nutshell you never have to accept an item that was misrepresented. The link to the MBG is on every listing page. You follow the instructions for  an INAD (item not as described.) The seller must either send you a prepaid label to return for a full refund or, if they don’t want it back, they may just refund with no return necessary.  Please, please read this and don’t allow yourself to be taken advantage of!

Go to the resolution center below and select, the item doesn't match the description.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
