I bougt apair of shoes for 250 dollar and they broke after just a couple of hundred meters, the seller wont accept a return or money back, claims that they cant be certain how i treated the shoes, event tho i sent pictures that clearly state that they have been treated as normal.
I´m trying to get in contact and email or chat with Ebay crew, but it seems impossible,
Is there some one that can helt me?

When did you receive the shoes?

If it's been less than 30 days after the delivery date, simply start the item not as described through eBay. No need to email or call them.

You can't expect the seller to refund you after 4 months! They didn't make the shoes. You have no recourse. The money back guarantee was good for 30 days.

Pay pal accepts returns for 180 days or 6 months try and file an INAD there.
I have read about shoes that are old Stock but never been worn falling apart due to age and NOT use!
There are rules on eBay about filing an INAD you have 30 days from delivery to file on eBay. That is something that "bad" Sellers do, they string You out until the time is up to file and then You don't have any recourse!

File a SNAD complaint with PayPal.

How do you "break" a running shoe?

The OP is in Sweden and it could be English isn't his first language. Perhaps you can "break" shoes when the sole comes off either fully or partially.

Shoes are notorious for falling apart if they've sat around for a while. You can have a brand new, old stock shoe fall apart when you wear it. The soles will come right off. The glues that are used nowadays are not nearly as good as the glues used years ago (not to mention shoes were actually sewn). The rubbery stuff on soles and stuff can look pristine, but will crumble when you wear the shoe.
If the seller didn't do a flex test, it's entirely possible the shoes fell apart as soon as they were worn.
