Item Picked-Up by buyer but listed as Awaiting Shipping

I sold Item #10-10863-16316.

It was picked up by the buyer in November.

I have a signed receipt and photo of the pick-up.

It is still listed as "Awaiting Shipment".

I'm not sure if I got paid for this item yet.

How do I correct the status?

Click on the order number to see if you were paid through eBay. If it says awaiting shipment, you should have been paid.

You have to select the option to mark as shipped and/or archive it to remove it from the awaiting shipment section.

I have a lot of open tracking items back all the way from March 2023...gotten positive feedback from buyers but somewhere items were not scanned.

It looks like mine have not been scanned as " delivered".

I have been paid for all of them...and pretty sure you have also.

I never contact buyer if item has been delivered...never know how honest a buyer might not be.
