Item Delivered to wrong adress

 My Package delivered to the wrong adress and seems like a scam . Despite this Ebay doesn't allow me to open INR.

  What can i do to open " Item not received " and refund my money.

@emark_wami Do not open an INR on this as you will lose. The system is all automated so it will see the delivered scan and close the case against you. This may in fact be a scam by that seller. You need to reach out to eBay directly, you have 30 days from the delivery scan, so you have time. Use social media, that is the best way. Just open an account if you need to in order to resolve this in your favor and close the social media account afterwards. Best of luck to you....

With such a low dollar item, I wouldn't think this would be a scam but stranger things have happened I guess. Did you contact the seller and ask him why the tracking number he entered  shows delivery in New Mexico when your shipping address is in Delaware? Maybe he mixed up his packages.

Looks like the package was just delivered today. I would give the seller a day or two to get back to you.  If the seller did mix up his packages you might still be receiving something in the next few days. If so and it’s the wrong item, at that point you can open “item not as described” case and return it. Or maybe he just mixed up the tracking numbers when entering them and you will still be getting your item soon.

also, this is not Ebay customer service, just other buyers and sellers trying to help.

Every time I have had to send a message using Facebook, I have received a reply and my issue is always resolved....

That Delaware Address is shown as location (permanently) closed...

Yes, it is /was a very small freight forwarding/warehouse. I'm really not even sure it could be a freight forwarding warehouse as there are no boxes, lockers, etc. Rather each small warehouse/building has its own address such as 1 Lewis Circle, 2 Lewis Circle, etc.

As well as being listed as a transportation and wholesaler company it appears they are also a motor vehicle dealer 😗

Yes in my situation, seller contacted finally and told me tracking numbers mixed and my package already delivered ))
