Hello - I am a new shipper who shipped an item using the buyer's preferred method of Fedex. The package was clearly damaged during shipping and the item is no longer operable. I am un able to file a claim online with FedEx because of the Home Delivery service. I printed the label directly through eBay and the FedEx representative state that I need to have eBay file the claim on my behalf. Does that seem correct? I am having a hard time actually talking to a real person at ebay to help.
