Item Being Shipped I Didn't Order

I opened my e-mail this morning to receive an e-mail fro eBay saying my item has shipped. I was a little alarmed because I haven't used my eBay account (haven't even logged in or have the app) in well over a year, maybe 2 or more. The item is an Estee Lauder Eye Mask 2-pack. The image on the item looks like a long mop handle. I clicked the "shipping information" button and it is being shipped to my house. It looks like a $5 off coupon was applied to the item so it does not appear any charge was made. I'm just more confused/worried that a random item is being shipped to my house. Below is the screenshot of the shipping screen. When I go to my past orders or any activity on my account, nothing shows up. I contacted the seller, I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this happen?

Anyone else in your home have access to your computer/mobile device?

If that happened, at least it didn't cost you anything.

You need to contact eBay, this may be a fraudulent transaction on your account (which may you may have been charged for on your PayPal or other financial account associated with your eBay account).

Go to your "my eBay" page then click on "help and contact" at the top, then scroll down and select the item if it shows and the appropriate issue, OR scroll all the way down and click on either "call us" or "have us call you".  Nothing will happen with a message on this community board.

I would advise you to also take the necessary steps to protect your financial account associated with your eBay account.

Sounds like a pshishing email.  Forward it to spoof@ebay.com
In the future never click on a link in a suspicious email. If you logged in through the link on the email or viewed your account through that link, you should change your ebay password.  Monitor your paypal, bank, and credit card accounts.  

Also, take off that link. It shows your name and address. Or request moderator to take it off it the post won't allow you to do so.

That listing shows hundreds of sales in the last 24 hours ... from an eBay account that has never sold, and is basically inactive.   So, yeah, lots of people are experiencing this.

I would assume that the seller's account has been hijacked.  If you have a few moments, you should call eBay and report this seller's account as being compromised.

(I'm not sure what scam the hijacker is doing, or how they are doing it).

You need to call eBay and speak to trust and safety ASAP.

The listing is a scam. You are not the only one whose account was used to "buy" an item... I'm guessing most of the 600+ sales are fraudulent.

The picture is nonsense. The seller is brand new. They already have negative feedback from another user whose acct was used

I did not get this  item, but I have an item on the way that I did not purchase this week . I contacted ebay and they state that they canceled the item and issued me a refund. but my pay pal account has not been refunded the case was closed because item has shipped. I can't get a refund for unauthorized purchase.

Now that I'm thinking a little more about this, it is possible that your account has also been compromised (as well as the seller).

So, you need to call eBay quickly to get this situation investigated and shut down.
