Issues with ebay saying I havent shipped, or recognizing when I've I shipped!

Issues with ebay saying to ship when I printed label, and asking how my transactions went when I haven't even printed a label nor shipped!!!!!  HELP!  This has been ongoing since four days ago. Then i refunded the buyers and ebay is still showing the screw up.  I tried calling them but the phone prompts apparently decided my issue wasn't serious and told me to look to other help on the ebay site to get my answers. I need to talk to a Rep!

Due to the pandemic Ebay has shut down phone support. You can contact them, use the help and contact link at the bottom of any page, scroll down to the email link.  They also offer (from what I have heard, much better) support via Twitter and Facebook. I don't have those links available, someone should come along shortly with them.

I wouldn't worry about eBay glitches. You should be fine as long as the item shipped is indicated as shipped and the tracking number appears in your sold list. Same with the refund. I refunded a buyer at her request before shipping and that was indicated with the half dollar sign on my sold list-- yet at the bottom of the listing it also told me that my shipping was overdue. Another day, another glitch. Not another worry.
