Issues with QR code shipping labels

I have had issues both today and yesterday with the QR code shipping labels. Yesterday it was only with the new ground advantage but today, july 11, 2023 both priority and media mail shipping labels would not work. I do not have a way to print shipping labels and the QR code is the only way I can ship. I rely on eBay money daily, so not sure what I’m supposed to do, I don’t make a lot, but the $20-50 a day profit I can make really helps, I can’t purchase labels at the post office as I rely on the money daily and don’t have the current funds in my account to purchase at the post office, I do next day shipping so the funds that are processing are supposed to be shipped today but I cannot ship. I contacted eBay but and they are working on it and trying their best to be very helpful but this is just stressing me out as I rely on this money on a daily basis. I am just going to put my store on time away mode until the issue is resolved but this is going to hurt my sales and I need to make sales just to be able to eat and provide basic necessities for myself on a daily basis.

Hey @Anonymous - do you have a local library or a local Staples? You can print there for a modest fee. Libraries usually charge 10-25 cents per page. Can't recall Staples rates off the top of my head.

What about a friend or neighbor that has a printer?

Other than that, you can buy labels at the post office - if you don't have cash then a credit card will work until your eBay payment clear, then you can use those funds to make a payment on your credit card.

No I live in a very small town, closest library is over an hour and a half away. I don’t have a credit card

Just to chime in, my priority mail label did not work today either although yesterday's ground advantage label was good today. And Priority Mail worked yesterday, just not today.

This is not uncommon for glitches during changes. It's unfortunate but it happens more than you might think.

I just got back from the Post Office.. the QR did not work for my Ground Advantage packages. I called Ebay and they said they're working on it but it could take up to 30 days !!!!   I"ll have to figure something else out.

Hi,

I'm having problems with the QR codes on address labels bought from eBay.  They look OK on screen, but when they're printed, there is a narrow vertical line middle top to bottom, and a similar vertical line across the middle.  They seemed to scan OK at the Post Office (Royal Mail), but both parcels were returned to me with an 'over label' across said code.  This doesn't seem to happen with other couriers.  This is in UK.
