We have being confronting issues uploading the tracking information for some order for over a month now, and we contacted eBay many, many, many times with this issue and nothing happen. We almost lost our Top Rated status for this coming period, just for the penalties of over a 100 order that the tracking information was not uploaded at all. Every time we call eBay the said that they are working on it, but the issue keep happening to us every day to around 5-10% of all the order that we processing. We do use ShipStation to print all our labels, and we he also contacted them, but the indicated to us that the issue was coming from eBay's platform, that is blocking the access to those specific order and not allowing the communication between them to go thru, and once that happened, eBay is blocking the feature of adding the tracking number manually directly on the buyer order details or like we have today, not able to upload the tracking number to an open case for "item not received".
Are we the only ones with this issue, because we do not see any other discussion about this. Please advise, any information will be appreciated. Have a great weekend everyone!!
