I am encountering an issue when purchasing a shipping label. I selected “First Class Large Envelope” as the shipping option, but when I proceed to purchase the label, it shows “Ground Advantage” instead. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

If you want to ship you item as a Large envelope, you have to take it to the Post Office or just put stamps on it, because eBay doesn't sell postage for First Class letters or flats (AKA Large envelope).
When a buyer selects a shipping method that eBay doesn't sell postage for, the label prep page suggests an option that IS available. The USPS criteria for flats are very precise, so most items are actually not eligible and should be mailed via Ground Advantage (or Priority Mail). USPS First Class flats (AKA Large envelopes) must be not over 3/4 inch thick, flexible, and literally flat (variation in thickness not more than 1/4 inch).

Right, Ebay doesn't sell shipping labels for large envelopes.
if you want to use it, put stamps on it.
