I shipped one order in Oct using Fedex Ground Eco eBay offered on the platform. However the package got seized by USPS in the middle. As you know, USPS is the actual carrier to deliver this type of packages for Fedex. So I called USPS. They said because they didn't receive postage payment proof from eBay and they instructed me to contact eBay. I called eBay Seller Support but they asked me to contact Fedex because Fedex is the one received postage. So I called Fedex but they said eBay is supposed the one to provide USPS the payment proof. So I was kicked back and forth by 3 parties who are doing business together but no one is willing to solve this issue. Today USPS replied saying this is an ongoing issue 3 of them are working on. Isn't that insane? Their business started before they have procedures and rules settled! I've been dealing with this issue since November. It's been more than two months and they are still working on it? Who gets hurt? We, the sellers! So unfair. Who has same bad experience? Sellers, don't use Fedex Ground Eco eBay offers anymore!

I think I am done using ebay. They are almost impossible to reach and you just receive automated responses. Not helpful at all!!!! I have filed 2 claims with USPS and both were marked Resolved even though I have NOT received my item!!! I also received an email saying I cannot file more than 2 claims. WHAT??!!! Cannot reach the advocate in Washington DC because the number listed no longer works. Area offices (I tried calling SIX) don't have working phone numbers either. Our tax dollars hard at work!!!! No one is doing their job!!!

USPS works for me.
I just carry my packages to post office and pay for the postage there.
That way I can talk to a real person in person if there is ever a problem...LOL
Same for UPS and FedEx.
No problem in years.

Contacting USPS when using FedEx is silly. Two different companies.
